It would be nice if Riot balanced around the general community rather than < 1% of the player base.

Because Nerfing Yasuo is in the community's interests along with Garen, Teemo, and insert flavor of the month champion here? I won't disagree some champions really need to be looked at immediately but I doubt the community can get together on what should/shouldn't be nerfed.
I'd probably put it in the hands of High Diamond/Masters/Challenger players that have 1000's of games and know what needs to be done.
And thus create balance anarchy and discord for the rest of the game's existence by doing so. Nice meme.

I think the issue is the players pet champs.
I personally think riot should nerf Zyra. But thats because im a Morg player.
Every akali i have played rumble into said the same, nerf rumble.
Rather then riot nerfing a champ for you, why not develop the skills to be better into that champ?
