Braum top basically does what Sion or Shen does - he scales up into a lategame hypertank. Except he doesn’t have waveclear and needs to rush either item 3068 or item 3077 , which is kinda detrimental since his lategame is based on how often Unbreakable is up and thus he needs CDR.
