I remember chasing a Darius through the jungle, and he stopped to taunt us when he was about to reach his tower... thus giving us time to gapclose and murder him. Instant karma.
Had an enemy Gragas talking crap in an aram because they aced us early and took early turrets..... Then I stabalized on Kog and it was on XD...... Live karma for bm....
What kind of attitude do you adopt in those cases? I'm always torn between acting childish with a sarcastic "Lost your tongue?" or the like when the enemy has gradually stopped flaming to concentrate on their umpteenth death, and acting like nothing particular happened.
All the while going after them every time I can make their screen grey, of course. (as Lee Sin in URF for example, going after Varus repeatedly because it made them mad)
