Yi's e needs to be changed from true dmg to %health CURRENT hp.

That way it can be properly countered. The whole true dmg part of the game is just ridiculously failsafe.

Edit: %health current hp physical dmg.

I've lost to many Yi players. Idk what point you're trying to make. And it's not just Yi. True damage has been a stupid mechanic for as long as I can remember. The only time I've ever considered it ok was on summoner 14 because of how there's no counter to it.

No Offense but how about you just GET GOOD. True damage has been around forever and exists to counter armor/mr stacking. Yi and other true damage melee carries would be useless if they were not target agnostic. You cant always dive that ADC like they do in SILVER where you are. Half the time I am forced to hit their frontline and without true damage Yi would be utterly useless.

"Get GOOD" is so relative. A gold player is going to suck in comparison to a diamond player. An iron player is going to suck compared to a gold player. A diamond player is going to suck compared to challenger.

Get good isn't relative. Anyone can hit Plat/Diamond if they put in the time to understand the game. Sure not everyone can be high diamond/high challenger but Diamond and Plat players can deal with Master Yi and True Damage pretty well. You don't facetank Master Yi and other sustained damage champs, you CC him, use untargetablites to completely nullify his damage and burst him down.

In higher elo, yi players know about his weakness. That is why "get good" is relative. A high diamond player is going to know how NOT to engage with yi. However a challenger player is going to know how to stop a diamond yi player. That is why "get good" is relative. Everyone is good in their respective ranks, but put someone up against a person with a higher rank and there you have it.

It's like a car. A car that goes 150 is going to be considered slow compared to a car going 200. A car going 200 will be slow in comparison to a car going 250.

You realize not everyone can be top in top 20%. It will always be like that. If all the players will get good nothing will change. Someone has to fill those ranks.

yes, but someone has to work at mcdonalds too that doesn't means its acceptable for someone to work at mcdonalds taking orders for their entire life. Let genuine new players fill those ranks and dont balance around them balance around people who are decently good at the game
