S ranks are a result of your performance compared to other champions in that role, it's not Riot's doing.

Anyways, your K/D/A is good but your ward score and CS aren't. 20 wards in a 33 minute game is achievable by anyone so long as they keep using their warding totem/sweeper, a support should have about 35-50+ by this point. Even though you're a support you should still pick up some CS here and there when your ADC is away or to push out a lane.

KDA is only one factor. For an S, you have to do well in multiple areas, and you're compared against others playing your champion in your role. CS is typically the most important metric, but I don't know how that works for supports or what the most important metric for supports is. Unfortunately, very little is known about the specifics of the grading system.
