imo the poster-boy champion for braindead champions has gotta be MasterYi , ive noticed most people seem to jump to him when it comes to being broken/braindead

personally i think its Janna by a long shot, some of the worst players ive ran into in league have been janna mains because shes easy, straight forward, low effort and never in a bad spot to the point the janna mains sub melts down if she even drops out of being top tier for a week

Janna and no one else even comes close. She can make a Bronze/Silver player make it to Diamond. Back when I would ban her everygame I would play against an absolute monkey support and then I would go look at their highest mastery champions and look who it is Janna. Like if a Janna main doesn't get Janna they play atleast a whole division below their rank because she is just so easy.

Top lane? probably Garen he takes half a point of IQ to play, and is a strong safe pick.

JackMcSnipeyz2/7/2019, 6:26:15 AM9 votes

Garen probably

Infernape2/7/2019, 1:36:34 AM8 votes

Janna Sona Soraka, hell enchanters in general.

They're useful without having to have much game knowledge apart from positioning and ward control. Sona in particular doesn't have to aim anything apart from her ult and just presses buttons and things happen.

Enchanters as a whole don't have an exactly high skill ceiling/skill floor and have little skill expression. Their kits are relatively straightforward and reward you massively.

Not to mention they tend to suffer with Same-itis, where they tend to all be incredibly similar to each other. If you ask me, Enchanters should be looked at so that they all don't tend to do the same thing with a few nuances here and there. But I digress, that's a different topic for a different thread.

vast majority of ADC's are easy.

''but muh positioning'' yeah welcome to a MOBA, litterally every class requires good positioning, doesn't make you special ''but I die so easily'' yeah welcome to any champion in the game that isn't a tank, doesn't make you special

know why people say there is no counterplaying or outplaying a late game ADC? because it doesn't take skill to right click an enemy

Flashes2/7/2019, 3:55:04 AM4 votes

Easiest to play champ is Garen, no question. Riot has tried adding new mechanics to his kit, but it doesn't change the fact that he's got one of the most straightfoward kits in the game. However, playing Garen lets you see how well you do at other aspects of the game, like positioning, teleport ganks, using abilities at the right time, etc.

nelogis2/7/2019, 11:55:00 AM4 votes

Janna Seriously, any lane where a Janna main doesn't pick Janna is just instalost Can't cs Can't hit skillshots Can't trade Doesn't have the slightest clue of wave management Doesn't have the slightest clue how to play out a lane in general Doesn't know where to be at what time Propably doesn't know what half the champ-roster even does

Jaspers2/7/2019, 9:21:28 AM4 votes

Most of the easiest champs will be the older one when designs were simple but think about this:

Kaisa

You wouldn't think a new champs would be so easy right? Well, look at all of her abilities and what she gets? Passive is extra damage, right click on someone and after 5 attacks, you deal extra damage. Good job you. But that's not all, want more damage? Just build **damage **and your other abilities do more damage. Q - Press Button, do damage. No aiming or anything, just press that button. If you have lots of AD **damage **it does more damage. W - Be careful now, this is a skill shot. I know right, a skill shot you have to 'aim' but it's ok, it has a massive range and procs your passive too to get to extra **damage **quicker. Plus there is no warning that it's coming, unlike Jhin's long range attacks. Also, if you hit it, and have enough AP damage, you get cooldown refunded to do it again sooner to deal more damage. E - Now this one is just movement speed but you get extra attack speed after, get enough attack speed and you become invisible so no one can attack you. R - Press button, get shield and puts you right next to someone your passive has marked. What do you mean you are miles from them and didn't hit your W? That's okay, your passive can be proced by team makes CC so doesn't matter where you are, you don't even need to have skill to do damage to someone, Press R to be next to them, then right click and Press Q to deal damage.

Good job, you've mastered Kai'Sa.

Anomandarist2/7/2019, 4:06:29 PM3 votes

Rammus Would probably be the easiest to play. Roll, Taunt, Curl play pattern with the occasional ult (that damages towers). Itemization thoughts go as such, did you recently buy armor? If yes or no, build armor, and maybe some health. Congrats you do more damage and get tankier at the same time, all while being able to roll down a squishy, force them to attack you, and watch them destroy their own health bar. For added difficulty spam Rammus taunt quotes.

Sona Morgana Garen Veigar

BigFBear2/7/2019, 6:00:35 AM2 votes

Hmm Voli?

At least my enemy's often flames me for playing such a brainless champion. Actually i don't know since I play nothing else since years.

wolvius2/7/2019, 7:22:03 PM2 votes

Brand Press R and E, hitting a few skillshots is a bonus but not necessary item 3151 aim centre W on immobile champs and you hit them pre-boots

Lemonfaace2/7/2019, 1:51:06 AM2 votes

Darius I want to say Darius is the easiest melee champion, with Garen behind him of course. The reason I say that is because of how oppressive his dueling power is, especially in lane. His combo is pretty easy to pull off, and for most champions, this results in instant death. That on top of his passive giving him crazy AD and bleed that can spread like wildfire, he’s babycakes for meta players.

Anime Fizz2/7/2019, 9:06:46 AM2 votes

Garen Annie MasterYi and of course, every tank in the game too except for gnar probably.

Braum

Morticianjohn2/7/2019, 10:02:56 PM1 votes

Mater yi is in the middle somewhere, no where near as braindead as people make him out to be. Proper use of Q takes a lot of game knowledge to dodge CC.

hoshizuku2/7/2019, 10:41:19 PM1 votes

I'm shocked more people didn't say Warwick. His rework added a little bit more skill with his ulti being a skillshot, but this champion is still just so easy to pick up and play IMO. He used to be my go-to jungler if I ever got autofilled jungle, and I still had a pretty good winrate with him.

Duke Dryfocker2/7/2019, 11:06:26 PM1 votes

Sona Teemo Veigar MasterYi Brand

SSW Talon2/7/2019, 11:08:54 PM1 votes

Sona Shyvana Malphite Volibear Garen Annie

They're all very simple and good to use when you're learning the macro portion of the game because they require very little to no mechanics and they don't have any special skills that require very good macro at a baseline level like AurelionSol, Talon or Taliyah (A Sol and Taliyah are also reasonably hard mechanically and Talon is middling in mechanical difficulty.)

I cannot within reason call Janna or Lulu for example easy because you need at least some skill to use Janna Q and R properly and a lot of Lulus skills have double uses.

Duke Dryfocker2/7/2019, 11:13:50 PM1 votes

Honestly there is no more straightforward champ than Brand . You shoot fire. Aim that way. End of gameplan.

Troll Slaiyer2/8/2019, 1:02:57 AM1 votes

poster boy :Darius if u land an auto attack, most will die if they dont flash away.

actual easiest: Annie comes to mind first. gg

Godzilla Theme2/8/2019, 3:55:50 AM1 votes

Warwick literally tells what lanes to gank

Scryble2/8/2019, 1:23:54 PM1 votes

For top, I'd say Garen Mid would be Malzahar Jungle is def what you said, same with support. For ADC, either Ashe or Jinx .

maybe Ezreal because of his safe laning, but the skillshots require... skill.

Lauchmelder2/8/2019, 1:26:31 PM1 votes

Sion is rather easy to pick up and play. That's why I like him, it's back to the basics with him.

Dorans Pants2/7/2019, 3:09:25 AM1 votes

I find lulu worse than janna. At least I have seen some jannas being completely useless (missing nados, counterproductive ults) , but lulu´s kit is just a ball of stats at worst and a ball of stats plus stupid utility at best. You just can´t play badly with her.

Daedric Etwahl2/7/2019, 7:10:27 PM1 votes

Sona I would say is in a kinda weird spot in that she's easy to pick up and play and do well with

At the same time she's also really easy to do really bad with. Like mistakes with her are really punishing compared to her peers
