I love rengar even though most of the community does not (the community hates every single assassin). I dont mind if they rework him to make his kit have more skillshots and make him harder too play and give the enemy an opportunity to outplay rengar as long as he stays an assassin. He was the one champion that I wanted to main after listening to his voice and quotes and watching his triple Q.

Yea ADC mains hate assassins, and i can assume you hate zed, fizz, and leblanc too. All assassins kill targets really fast. Even when rengar goes in to 1 shot you, he will have trouble getting away because all he gets is a movement speed boost.
I also said he can remain an assassin while making him less frustrating to play against
and less does not = not frustrating at all
because on the boards and reddit, assassin players are like devils

let us assume rengar has "counter-play". "counter play" means there is a critical part of rengar's assassination pattern that can be made to be ineffective and useless by the actions of rengar's target.
At high elo, this means whatever part of his assassination combo can be made to whiff will always be made to whiff. Because good players know how to "outplay" and ill have their fingers itching on the correct keys.
I.E. adding "counter play" will effectively make Rengar unable to assassinate targets.
Case studies: Lee sin and Skarner. Their ults used to completely whiff in high elo because their opponents always saved a dash for the ult animation and responded to the ult casting animation with a dash, making lee sin kick in the wrong direction, and skarner to completely lose his ult.
(this is on skarner's second ult iteration after they removed the "I can respond to your flash's casting animation with my ult and drag you back)

lee sin and skarner are not assassins, zed before the QSS change would be a better example. the counterplay im talking about is giving him skillshots like leblanc. Its possible to outplay leblanc and even fizz yet both of them can one shot you

Rengar actually took me to 5 hp late game in a complete 1v1. He went infinity edge stattik into full dmg. It was crazy...

My mains a lot higher rank than you are.. Lol im not trying to be mean i said for the 20th time from my experience Rengar is completely broken and even meddler stated that he should be getting nerfed in the assassin patch to fix the lack of counterplay

I made it to plat 4 before i stopped playing ranked 4 months ago and it decayed back to gold 1 because ranked is a joke right now and there are too many boosted players and premades in plat.
By the way, im done bringing up rank, I only brought it up because you brought it up and you lied to give your words more weight in the argument.

If they take away empowered bola they would need to compensate somewhere because thats a huge nerf that would hugely effect his winrate. It would effect his early game ganks, and his ult ganks making them much less successful.
