Perminate Turrets with HPs in the 1k range that attack ever .25s

Ulted Turret with HP in the 2-3k hp range

Yet Zyra pants cant live for more then 5s and have less then 300 hps are stupid (they dont follow the rules you said they should) and attack at .75

Who ever designed Heimerdinger to stand there and let his turrets do all the damage while costing him no mana was a idiot

At one point Heimer had 2 turrets that remained active regardless of position on the map and even earlier he had 3 turrets that remained active.
