On Surrender at 20 it says '[Changed Effect] Cooldown begins on cast instead of after the last fox-fire attacks/expires' for Ahri's W. But it's still same as live on PBE (Cooldown begins after the last fox-fire attacks/expires). Ahri's W is a really bad ability but that buff could be useful.

wildfox991 votesthey changed it 2 times,the first time it had 86 sec CD and it started on ability cast,then they changed it to 64 sec but reverting the second change since you'd be albe to W 2 times in a row
it's far better having a lower CD than having the CD starting on cast
