Cassiopeia's W needs one final touch up
Before the rework W used to grant vision when throw in the fog of war.
There was no reason to remove this feature, please give it back. :(

yah but it was the one spot, now it's in a a massive area maybe put the vision check in the Q?
I down voted cause I think Cass needs more than that and this rework did nothing for her except make her weaker.
Honestly, Cass feels pretty strong as things stand. There's also a very good reason for her W to no longer grant vision: The AoE is MASSIVE compared to the old one, especially right when she puts it out. The old Miasma was really tiny when it started and by the time it was a good size the enemy has already seen it and knows how to avoid it. So while granting vision might have been a small bit of power before, now it would be a huge buff to Cass when she's already looking pretty balanced, if not a little too strong.
