So quick question about Rune pages...

Im actually finding the new Rune system to be pretty exciting (even if some things could use a bit of work), and I enjoyed looking through all the new stuff coming up in the preseason, but one thing caught my eye and kind of concerned me..

Towards the bottom of the new runes page, it mentions how all your previous runes and rune pages will be refunded to you through blue essence. And then I see a little asterisk next to the rune pages part that says You’ll get to keep your rune pages in the new system.

So, is this implying that rune pages are STILL not going to be free? Are we really going to still have to pay stupid amounts for something as simple but necessary as Rune pages?
