Sivirs passive seems low or useless

The way sivirs kit is she should be the fastest adc IN combat but she's not. Her only real niche is her spell sheild. Other than that she is not very good

I agree with you.

It seems that every other ADC has a large amount of super rare things about them while Sivir only has her wave clear, team fight ult, and her spellshield.

Note that I don't even consider her passive. Yeah, it's saved my life before but you only REALLY see a big difference when/if you get Furor Enchantments.

She's more of a counterpick. She's great VS Morg/Lux/Taric/Blitz ect. She also trades great VS Champs like EZ/Ashe.

her passive is pretty good, she lacks disengage and if you throw a max range Q and the enemy walks into it the movespeed is nice, especially early game before you have ultimate, high base number. most players highly under estimate movespeed, the fact that draven has an ability that resets which gives him movespeed is actually what makes him a terror early because you cant outrun him if you feel like you cant win the fight. sivir has almost that same feeling. movespeed op, hope it stays the same. and give kogmaw some movespeed, maybe attach it to his E like a nocturne Q or something.

I feel you, because she was one of the first ADC's I bought to play when I started out in League after I had done Ashe for awhile. But in the last few patches of season 5 they nerfed her ult movement speed TWICE so yea I don't like what state she is in right now, but her passive is still a nifty little thing especially when poking.

Her base speed is super slow though. Her passive puts her closer to other adcs. I use movement speed quints in her and I still feel as though she moves wicked slow even after her passive is working.

I rarely use MS quints, I think the only rune page I have it in is for my AP Support page, to use on slow as turtle movement speed champs like Sona and Zyra. I just can't sacrifice the damage from AD quints for my ADCs. But I agree, she is pretty slow.
