If you have Zed with 
and he ults you and autos, 
get's rid of but not Zeds ult, just happen in a game where I was zed and kalista was complaining about she can't QSS my ult if the new item's mark is on her.

The purpose of QSS is to specifically remove all debuffs on a character. It's tooltip also states: "Removes all debuffs".
Duskblade and Zed's ult both fall under the realm of debuffs it should remove.
The only edge cases would be something like Aniva's Glacial Storm or Singed's Mega-Adhesive where the effect is something specific to a certain zone rather than clinging to a target. Or I guess knockups/pulls/knockbacks/flings/dissplacement in general: as those are pretty much the true-damage of CC.
But Duskblade and Zed's Ult should both be removed.
