Why would you nerf Malzahar but not Katarina, or nerf Blitzcrank and not Alistar/Leona too if you don't plan to nerf them in a later patch note just to fill it and give the illusion you're actually doing something?

What's wrong with beeing unable to aproach your wave without jungle assistance vs Katarina and Akali once they get a 1200g item? I'll tell you nothings wrong. We should buff Fiora too heard she cant instawin lane vs bramble vest or w/e that gimped shit is called.

... Kat just got nerfed like 3 weeks ago but I'll have to admit it wasn't much. Even thought you can E your opponents twice and ignite them for an easy cheese level 3, its not much damage. Since its only 30, (15 + 15 = 30) but with mr it reduces it even further to almost around 10 - 15 more damage at most. Although it could interfere with a kill, its not much of a difference.
