Manamune Needs to be More Expensive
There's an 800 gold gab between

and I don't understand why Manamune is so cheap, particularly when its only user is also running Klepto.

Manamune is weaker than Archangel's Staff in both stats and utility.
I wouldn't mind a price increase if they changed the recipe and the stats.
I previously suggested it being made from 
and 
instead of and 
and giving it at least 10% CDR.
It would also make the item more desirable for more champs.
