Fun little item, but feels very lack luster- possibly add 10% cooldown reduction, but the lack luster part maybe more that the target counts needs to be increased maybe from up to 4 to 8 targets for the echo passive. But the animation or damage, but it may just be animation also does not feel as satisfying as Statikk Shiv's lightning- a higher up to targets hit count may help with though.

Overall, the item feels missing and lack luster right now.
