once he hits 6 he has a double gap closer making any gank on an immobile without flash an instant kill. once you burn your flash, you're dead because once his ult is back up he can use a triple gap closer with flash and its a guaranteed kill.
not to mention if you're skilled and land your snare/stun on him, his dash still goes through and he still ults you anyways.
