Definitely still viable, but I wouldn't say overpowering. They'd have to nerf her a lot to make her completely useless with all the utility she provides.

she is still decent with fqc, all poke champs are broken.

Goes OOM with one rotation pre-FQC. That put aside, she's a good poke support and is in a decent spot, I'd say. Not a top/power pick, but a decent one.

Try spamming a bit less and get some mana regen/mana runes, that actually helps A LOT.

The meditation mastery should be enough to hold Lulu over (playing passively) until frostfang's 100% mana regen.

I actually meant one rotation. EQW boom OOM.
I'd rather have actual combat stats or a champion that lets me pack actual combat stats for my runes than mana regen runes.

So if she has 374 mana at level 3, and use all 3 spells (by going with your definition of "one rotation") you should have spent 60+65+60=185 mana on a full rotation. 374 > 185, how are you OOM?

Let's take level 5. Lulu should have 462 mana and should be getting 2 ranks in Q and W, rank 1 for E. That should be 65+65+70=190. How are you still OOM from "one rotation" if 462 > 190?

Says someone that has 0 Lulu games in preseason.

I used to play her and the mana issues are the main reason why I didn't push further, and this is coming from a Sona main.
