Assassin meta.

That’s more of a result of damage creep... items, runes and champs being buffed with more and more damage. Rather than Assassins themselves being the focus of the meta. Therefore it can’t really be called “the assassin meta” because not that many assassins are being played. You can say Damage Meta or Snowball meta, but “assassin meta” isn’t particularly accurate... not unless u call the average champion an assassin.

what is an assassin? a class of champions, most of said champions arent good rn, the meta is dmg heavy not burst heavy which is why a lot of high DPS champions are meta like jax, irelia, cass, viktor recently, urgot, karthus, etc, all front loaded burst isnt good rn you need to have a good balance of burst and sustained dps to be good rn because of how high cdr is along with people like mages having already short cds, thats why adcs(all sutained dps and no burst) are bad rn, and assassins(naturally high cds and little dmg after combo) are bad rn aswell, they dont have a good balance of power to fit into the meta
