Just don't ban him in normals. That's where people shouldn't be discouraged from trying something new.

Actually, if you want to try a trash champ, you can go vs bots. NO ONE enjoys a game with a fucking useless Ivern in his team.

I think its unlikely for Ivern to do poorly if people are playing him correctly. He can literally walk around the jungle at full hp after clicking everything to prep for assist ganks.

I'm actually curious if he marks enemy camps and never consumes them will they be untargetable by enemy?

First of all, to make a camp a grove, it consumes about 1/4th of his own HP and MP. Second, if he marks a camp, any enemy that attacks it will break his grove.
