@RiotRepertoir: Morgana Passive Spellvamp

You suggested that you wanted Morgana to have an "actual interesting passive". The two barriers for this are A, trying not to buff Support Morgana while buffing Mid Morgana. B, keeping the passive close to her identity.

My Suggestion: Morgana receives True Spell Vamp (ala New WoTA) against enemies she has Autoattacked in the last 6 seconds. Add in whatever minor number changes/graphical effects for the effect, and we have an interesting passive.

Minimal change from current Morgana, still lets her have some iconic spell vamp and sustain in lane. Disproportionately buffs AP morgana to Tank Morgana, because Spell Vamp benefits off of your AP significantly. Disproportionately buffs Mid Morgana to Support Morgana, because Support maxes Q first, and Mid often maxes W first. Thusly, since most of the time your pattern is Q-everything else, Support Morg won't get much extra spell vamp at all because her max rank skill already hit. Mid Morg however will get significantly more ticks out of it. Encourages additional gameplay, and complexity into her pattern. A way for you to add higher True Spell Vamp numbers to Morgana's kit than you ordinarily would, because this can't be 'used' without coming into closer range.
