So i thought since riot mentioned adding a new drake next year, i had an idea of an ice drake that gives an on-hit slow on your next attack maybe a 30-45%ish slow every say 30-45 seconds for 1-2 seconds either increasing duration of the slow or reducing the cooldown of the slow per drake? I feel with the mobility creep, a drake that allows teams to get a buff that combats it a little bit could be nice, OR maybe not? Could be broken who knows lol.

I haven't really run into this problem as when I play the people tend to want the gold that comes with any drake.
Though I think that really just depends on the elo you are playing with. In Bronze/silver they probably only care about damage anyway. Other people probably think things like Air Drakes are useless because the buff is basically invisible.
Existential Bard1 votesThe problem with your drake is that it would make glacial augment obsolete. I think a drake that increases resistances would be cool or even one that adds health (nature dragon)
