how do YOU practise your matchups against a champion who has a 60% average lane kill rate on most top laners?

believe it or not, but a champion can be on average statistically balanced with almost 50% winrate and still be completely broken, and unfun to play against. luckily the frog gets dunked on next patch.

but also, there's no practice tool for countering a certain champion. It's not very good practice to only face people who are going to go 100% on the champion you struggle with. That'd be like only ever getting stomped by Michael Jordan playing seriously as your basketball practice. There's just no room to start the growth.
