This is no way a suggestion of changing tiamat, as i love this item. but i think its telling that everyone gets it

i see khazx get it fairly often and sometimes vi, and shaco always gets it if ad

That's not very many, especially not enough to be a problem and Vi shouldn't be building this at all.

The new jungle caused it, more creeps, more AoE needed, it gives itself

It's a convenient build path for the new jungle change with more mobs.

Is it a problem? I don't think so

why does everything meta have to be seen as a problem?

Don't think so, A lot of AD junglers can get it, but I don't think it's a must have on anyone.

Blame the new jungle. It has a lot more things to deal with such as Krugs and Raptors so AoE is needed for champs that are single target and don't have good AoE damage in the jungle.
