I can outplay someone so hard on new swain in lane

Well, it seems riot recognized that and buffs will come in the next patch to his early game. Check the changes in PBE, they are not conclusive, but probably gonna hit live game.

Given Swain's trading pattern the cd buff does nothing more than let swain push a bit better, but it sucks because swain hurts for mana anyways so he can't even afford to try and spam Q.

The W buff is good stuff.

I'm gonna assume that maybe you play at a different elo then i do( I'm unranked but can probably reach silver if i try to play ranked) but i don't really have a problem laning as swain in the damage department. What champs are you against that you find hard to damage? and which lane?

Cant stick damage on most top laners. Maybe mid he can have damage stick but he probably gets hard outclassed by effective range alone in that lane.
