I dont care what his win rate is, what his play rate is, what his ban rate is

Chogath will always be one of the most unfun, and completely bullshit, damage-heavy super tanks to ever face. He's an absolutely cancerous champion and has been ever since riot introduced his new E and infinite scaling R.

He takes absolutely zero skill to play. The most mechanically retarded silver player can pick up chogath and duel easily a platinum player playing a bruiser (the silver would only lose at that point by not having the macro, csing, etc. capabilites that the plat player would have).

His E is cancer, the fact that it scales off of R stacks and makes chogath a bruiser-murdering super-tank is one of the dumbest things I have ever had the non-pleasure of witnessing and even playing myself.

Honestly, it's not even the R infinit scale, that is manageable although it can feel bullshitty as a squishy to face when he flash stoneplate chomps, but his E is TRULY what makes him cancerous.

Like I said, I dont care if chogath has a 20% win rate, I will always hate facing that champion. He takes absolutely no skill and mundos his way through other melees with his E.

Outside of his ult though he doesn't do damage lol. The cc is annoying but without his ult he just tickles everyone.

cough Nasus

He isn't saying Nasus is lacking these traits but he likely didn't just get slaughtered by a nasus.

You can fuck nasus in lane waaaaaay harder than you can fuck a cho

Cho'gath needs some work to make his identity as a very healthy late game juggernaut that eats you stronger while distancing itself from his more tank qualities. His laning against other beefy fighters could also merit looking at. I like that there's a juggernaut in the game that actually scales into late, but he might have too much general tank strength to justify it.

So he would just lose? Why even make that comparison then?

As some one who plays Cho'gath a lot I can tell you that where your not wrong in any of your points, Cho does have plenty of weaknesses. Even if Cho builds either anitem 3194 or a item 3075 he will melt to either a mage with item 3151 +item 3116 +item 3135 or any ad champ with item 3153 +item 3036 . Cho is highly item relient and does little to anything on his own other than beat people who try to fight him when they don't have the damage to kill him before reaching below about 400hp in which his ult will kill you early. any type of slow criples him since all of his abilities that actually do damage require him to be in melee range to use and with the majority of champs having some kind of dash/ blink or movespeed burst landing his q in the mid to late game is impossible unless there trying to fight in a choke point. Right now he also seems strong because a lot of lanes are trying to move away from tanks since fighters and assassins are taking over top and jg which tend to lead to teams having really low hp thresh hold, which means cho has an easy time getting stacks.

P.S. With the new bruiser items coming out I can garentee that cho and mundo are going to be really strong with the atma + Titanic + warmogs combo. Of corse cho will still grab a righteous and a gargoyles. but this will make his melee range damage be pretty good since he'll be doing mix damage, % of his hp as physical and a % of yours as magic while also gaining 2.5% of his hp as ad. ( normally would get him around 150 AD)

However hard you think cho melts to mages and vayne and whatnot, multiply that by two, now you're a bruiser.
