Constructive Criticism and Suggestion for The Future of League
I'll keep it short. I think it's more profitable and more beneficial to the game if you don't try to outdo yourselves with every champion release.
I think KDA and Odyssey promotions were really successful, and made the skins really popular. Stuff like that keeps the game going without degrading gameplay.
On the contrary, I think reworks like Akali and Irelia, as well as champion releases like Kai'sa slowly ruin the game. You guys are always trying to outdo yourselves (and thus the current champion pool) by overloading new champions or breaking game rules. I'm not saying those champions are overpowered, specially Akali; she's hard to play. However, if you need to add new mechanics (true stealth) or release a better version of an existing champion (Aatrox vs Riven) every time you release a new champion or rework, I can't imagine this game being fun in 2-3 more years.
I think if you were to release a champion with nothing too fancy, no rule breaking or excesive mobility or tools, it would be just as popular, if not more, than some of the recent releases. You could release Blitzcrank today and he would be popular without having some kind of "true hook" mechanic or anything like that.
