stops altogether if you have over 50 cs. excludes targon cs
that way other players won't use the runes. that way we can have support runes that are more worth while

Also, not convinced they'd be worth it compared to more typical stat runes. With stats I'm more likely to be able to pick up an assist and get gold/xp directly, while with gold runes I'm more likely to be killed early game (due to the lack of stats), and late game (e.g. full build) I'm stuck with useless runes that don't do anything useful.
What's more, I'm not convinced it's easy for the game to distinguish targon's cs from regular cs, plus I'd prefer to not be punished for cleaning up cs while the carries are backed.
LilxPaprika1 votesit should be easy since it keeps track of gold generated from targon. they can also keep track of cannon minions with strength of ages. and i'm sure riot can think of a way.
they would be made to be worth. so pretty strong maybe even op for the first week or so (omg something op for supports for once).
the early game advantage would be such that its a trade off your willing to make if you can close out the game before full build which is not that common atm. As a support so long as you have high utility items warding and cdr the rest doesn't really matter its mostly about good strategic + timing skills than raw stats.

This way these are support only runes. Other champions cannot abuse it. the current gp5 runes are for anyone they help supplement the gold your making from csing.
Supports aren't making that much gold on their own so this would be for champions who aren't farming.

If the ADC wants to use gold runes and NOT use Attack Damage Runes, GO FOR IT. They won't have any dmg output or defense and I'll get hella gold killing them.
YOU CHOOSE YOUR RUNES. If you choose gold, you are sacrificing something else!
