Skarner E was still nerfed even when Repetoir reverted it?
E - Fracture Slow Duration 2.0 >>> 2.5 (Live values) Mana Cost 50/55/60/65/70 >>> 55 all ranks
However in the patch notes it says that it was nerfed to 2.0. Is this just a typo?
