How do i get my teammates to listen to pings

Specifically botlane?

Like, let's take last game for instance. The enemy lissandra got fed early because of the enemy trundle literally unendingly camping me for like the first 5 minutes of the game, in addition to my jungler dying to her. (Thats not what im here to complain about, just some context.)

So she hits level 6 and she just roams bot and top constantly (since i was playing extremely safe and she was bored i guess.) I spam ping mia and danger every single time (i was shoved in, behind, and an immobile mage. i cant outroam a lissandra.) My teammates just completely ignore the pings and die over and over again and lissandra is like 9/1 by the 12 minute mark because they just kept ignoring my pings everytime.

This isnt just one game im pissed off about. I feel like 85% of the time when i ping my bot/toplane because my laner is roaming they just ignore it and die. At least 50% of the time they will flame me too.

So, like, how the fuck do i get people to listen to pings? Because im tired of enemies snowballing out of control just bc my teammates are oblivious.

If it helps, my pinging method is that i ping MIA on my lane 2-3 times, then ping danger on the lane that i think they're roaming to. This is mid-plat to low-diamond elo.

Have you tried pinging it directly over them? If you have and that doesn't work then they're idiots (or just new) with no map awareness and don't know what they're doing. They're supposed have the map awareness to know the mid lane is missing and pinging is just supposed to be a secondary back up measure in case they're in a fight or something already and can't pay as much attention to the map. I understand some people are new and still learning, but if they've been playing for a while then they should have learned this and it's on them for not paying attention.

Pinging missing doesn't always give proper context, especially when you're mid. It would be wrong to assume both you're top laner and bottom lane will back off from their lane unless they each think they're actually in danger.

You want to ping specific people to tell them they in particular are in danger. This will require you to pay attention to your own enemy laner, predicting which lane they want to gank, and figuring out which lane even would be possible to gank. I play top and have died to roaming mid laners, mainly because I'm focused on my cs and enemy laner and would never even notice the sound of a ping amongst the chaos. In contrast, I've been spared from dying many times because my teammaes have pinged me specifically before the enemy jumps on me.

It's all in proper communication. If you want your team to know they are in danger, you have to pay attention to who specifically is in danger and give them the proper warning. If no one is listening to your pings, it's because they aren't very good pings.
