Dark Harvest in ARAM is the definition of anti-fun

I don't understand why Riot is willing to disable champions, and runes for ARURF but is willing to allow Dark Harvest in ARAM which gets played far more than ARURF in general.

If they've never done champion specific nerfs/disables for aram COUGH Sona COUGH Why would they start with specific nerfs now?

They technically have done map-specific champion nerfs for ARAM, since Mordekaiser has no XP passive on his W in ARAM.

I just want to know why kassawin cant take ultimate hat in aram. Dark harvest is so busted in aram people get to 200 stacks by 10 minutes.
