Armor pen seems... a tad strong right now.

Alright, So i'm a level 18 shyvanna jungle. i have devourer, titanic, dead mans, spirit visage,merc treads and a chain mail. I had over 3500 health and around 202 armor. Their MF is full build (standard stuff w/ a lord dominicks). So, i do my shyvanna thing and ult to the back line to stop MF and kill her. Problem is I die before i reach her, in 2 seconds. She killed me ( a tank shyvanna) in 2 seconds. They push down the nexus turrets and are taking them. I respawn, go back and dive MF under our own nexus turrets to stop her (I'm not alone in this dive either). Bam, dead, this time around 2 and 1/2 or 3 seconds. I'm really confused. is armor penetration just THAT strong right now, is MF just really strong, or is there something else I'm missing? Because no player should be able to burst down a tank in under 3 seconds.

What was she building? Armor Pen right now is OP on champs like Zed, Talon, Pantheon, AD Assassin's in general. Youmuu, Duskblade of Drakthar, Maw of Malmortius plus the runes and they get to 50-60 armor pen which is basically TRUE DAMAGE to any champ that is not building a heavy armor Item, even a Zhonya isn't enough anymore.
