What is the drop rate for key fragments?
I almost always play in at least a 3 man queue and STILL never get key fragments. Like holy crap they literally never drop.

so far from my experience, its 1/5 wins will result in a key fragment. my experience only.
riot also claims that key fragments are harder and harder to come by. meaning after you get one key fragment your chances of getting the next key fragment go down. they did not specify by how much.
