Like... wtf? Mordekaiser ISN'T a Marksman. He doesn't even look like one. A marksman is supposed to be a champion that shoots on someone with a weapon. What Mordekaiser shoots?

As an ADC replacement, Mordekaiser falls off late game. And HARD. Seriously, if you don't take advantage of your lead, you are an extreme liability for your team because Mordekaiser doesn't have the DPS required to be an ADC. Also because he is completely melee and vulnerable. And that's why I've always hated Mordekaiser as a bot laner, even when he was broken. There were times that enemies were smart enough to gank Mordekaiser and make him useless because the other ADC would just outscale him in terms of late game DPS.
I can't think of a champion that falls off as hard as an ADC Mordekaiser. At least champions that are known to fall off late game, like 
are still useful in one way or another. Mordekaiser? Other than getting a ghost dragon he feels completely useless as a champion late game.

Koechophe1 votesYou know, I've been playing Mord Top a lot recently, and he actually feels awesome late game. The thing is, he's awesome in the support of an ADC. He turns himself into a brick wall that soaks damage like you wouldn't believe and zones through virtue of his Q and Ult. I rarely get to interact with the whole ghost dragon thing, but honestly, he feels great as a top laner.
As long as he's not replacing an ADC, mord is fine lategame imho.

Seriously? His weakness is by far his early game. His late game is completely lethal the issue being that if I'm playing as an ADC against him. I will NEVER let him get to that point before ending the game.
Champion Skin1 votesThe problem Mordekaiser have late game is that for one he is melee so more vulnerable to being CC'ed and kited to death and his damage is based around his Q and if he has it on cooldown he is basically useless
If being melee wasn't a huge problem one of the best ADCs in the game would be Tryndamere as he has amazing damage (Free crit and AD) and he is unkillable for 5 seconds and he even has a gap closer/escape and aoe slow (if they try to run)
Kaioko1 votesHis Q is definitely not his only damage source late game. Getting a ghost on a high auto attack based champion can definitely turn a whole fight in your favor very easily. Also I've always build a Rylais on morde for the sole purpose of being able to stick to my targets.
Champion Skin1 votesWell the thing is Mordekaiser himself doesn't have a good way of getting to the most common auto attack based champions which are ADC's... he has no gap closer and he will probably not be able to kill and ADC with just his E+R (and maybe W) so he has to rely on his team to set up that kill for him (and not to mention if the enemy ADC is killed you probably win the fight anyways)

Wow, he really is listed with his primary role being marksman. That's so dumb, lol.
I guess it shouldn't be surprising, since their definition for it ("exceptionally weak in the early game" hurrr) is just as dumb.

Sometimes people play as an ADC but that does not make him a marksman either.
Actually, the only reason why there are people playing Mordekaiser ADC is because Riot is trying to shove him on this function and they advertise him as an option to be used on bot lane. Otherwise nobody would play him as an ADC.

into a Marksman/Mage? Kennen is much more viable than Mordekaiser as an ADC
