If I have silver V mmr at b3 82 lp, should i be able to clinb to silver

I'm in bronze 3 with 82 lp at the time of booking this but I have silver mmr. http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=dirtydan5678 like. This is the highest I've been. I've been on a winstreak of 9 which just ended. I still can't decide if my acct is blessed or cursed. My last 2 games went bad. First I tried to steal a camp but they knew I was coming and then I went down word from them but I got carried. don't ask how a malphite jg beat me. That's the reason I was trying to steal camps. I knew malphite couldn't stand up the me and has slow af clears. We still won. The second game went better and they were not letting me anywhere near dragon when I hit lvl 4. They knew I would do it early. That doesn't happen in bronze. I don't know if someone on Thier team was a meta slave when shyvana started stirring up trouble when the preseason dropped and actually looked into shyvana, they were a shyvana main, or in my last game but they knew. It's just like in DotA where Ursa will solo Roshan at some point in the game which is that games Baron nashor essentially. The difference iseveryone knows that's how it's gong to gonin DotA. I had an even score and the highest net worth on my team. I can also say I'm the only one who didnt have a negetive score. Other than that they ngs have been going smoothly. Anyways if all goes well, I should continue the climb. Anyways if I have silver mmr am cappable of getting silver so I can start the road to gold and have a boarder next year.
