Can we revert the Ryze rework?

Ryze is garbage after his rework. He wasn't even that good in his old state, and now he has a 45% win rate and less than 2% play rate.

If you can't explain why his winrates are low with a clear explanation, then this thread is pretty pointless.

Cz I don't like seeing the old Ryze going top with his point & click Q.

He's getting reworked again before the immobile mage update because he is such a problem. He's almost 100% pick/ban in lcs because he's that strong.

Ryze isn't one of the 6 champs to be receiving a significant mage update. Plus, almost no one picks him in Normals/Ranks, so I don't see Ryze being that worthy of needing a rework.

That's because they aren't reworking him as part of the mage update, they're doing it BEFORE that. Meddler said he's a big enough problem that he needs to be done quicker than the mage class rework will be done.
