No, don't do that, won't work. Use smart play instead, like standing behind high health minions and poke him, push wave to tower since his early under tower clear isn't the best, mmm utilize the early lead you got to investnin grievous wounds, then try to win before he is allowed enough time to get the items he requires to be useful in team fights. He is kind of like a nasus... his early game is weak if you know how to outplay it, but scales really well. If you dont know how to outplay his early game, then just like nasus, he will be impossible to ever deal with since he scales hard.

it costs more to take the cleaver than denying the cs is worth you just make it so that he can play with no risk of an all in before he starts getting items if you do that.
