Zilean; Tiny Changes
Here I am not going to change anything currently on Zilean, just add some new things to him, most importantly a level 18 passive; Q-E-R I will not mention at all since I am leaving these completely unchanged (mostly W as well), but as a reminded Q-E-R are all considered as 'bombs' for Zilean.
Heightened Learning (Passive): Zilean grants 8% additional bonus experience from all sources for himself and nearby ally champions. Which he stores up all bonus experience to use later...
Upon reaching level 18, Zilean unlocks the bonus experience he accumulated to cause him to deal 4%(+10%AP) of the total bonus experience accumulated as bonus magic damage on his basic attacks and Time Bombs.
(NOTE: This is not an infinite growth stat, once Zilean is level 18 then the 8% additional EXP still applies for allies not level 18 already, but does not add to the bonus base damage. So the AP ratio helps out mid Zilean a little bit, but this passive has more potential as support always being by at least one other champion. Estimated total bonus experience will be between 1500 to 4000 by level 18 - mid lane being the lowest value and support being the highest; and this is the full range and not the average range, meaning best case scenario you get around 4000 bonus experience given out and 1500 with your own and giving a little to your allies.)
Rewind (W): Passive: Zilean's bombs on ally champions, except himself, will cause their basic attacks to heal for 1/2/3/4/5(+2.5%AP) to 4/8/12/16/20(+10%AP) health on-hit based on their missing health; this value quadruples when they attack enemy champions. Zilean will heal for the same value for every enemy struck from his Time Bomb when the Time Bomb detonated from either himself or an ally champion.
Active: Unchanged.
(NOTE: By 'same value' means the same rules apply so based on Zilean's missing health the heal goes up and increased even further when striking enemy champions with it, but only while it is on himself or on an ally champion; so this rewards both team play and high risk/high reward play, but nothing actually is changed to how you play Zilean now, just more options to choose from in terms as for looking for rewards.) (Another main thing I wanted to do overall was create more AP ratios on Zilean, in a way that felt somewhat unique to Zilean and that supports both his mid lane and support lane play patterns - so whether he is the utility time mage mid or time support dude bottom/duo-lane - that these changes will benefit both play styles well.)
