Can we nerf Kai'sa?

Kai'sa isn't busted overall when you look at powerlevel over gametime. Other carries have better winrates overall, and better winrates in the hands of their best players. However, she just scales really fucking hard on the AP build -- harder than other carries do after the IEdge nerf -- so she can feel kind of unfair when she's ahead. Getting there is rough, though, and she really needs all three of her core items to come online.

Minus the part where she is completely balanced. She has no range and obvious weaknesses to exploit. If you don't believe me I will gladly make a list.

1. If she uses her ult she exposes herself to massive risk with no way to get out of the fight once she is locked in.
2. If you pick anyone with more range than her she gets out poked and sustained all the way through laning.
3. Once she uses her missiles on multiple targets her damage potential drastically goes down for the remainder of the cooldown.
4. Another large part of her damage is extremely telegraphed and that's her final stack on her passive, pay attention to how many stacks you have applied and don't let her land the last part so she doesn't burst your missing health.
5. With no dash she is extremely susceptible to cc (ashe, jhin, thresh, braum, blitz, ali) hit her with any and her health is very minimal.

The list goes on. Play the champ learn her pros and cons and that will help you actually play against her instead of whining on the forums how broken a champ is that you don't understand.
