A friend of mine pointed out that these buffs make Jayce's ability weaker in the mid game (he can't get them to scale as high as they use to by level 9) for better damage in the late game. You sure that's what Elise wants?

Jayce buffs are completely unnecessary. In case you forgot his shock blast has 168% AD scaling when fired though his gate. He actually scales better than most AD assassins in this game. It'd kind of ridiculous.

Nobody said they aren't looking at Elise to do the same thing.

The thing is Jayce's kit is fine. Just change some numbers and he will be good. Elise needs far more than that though. She needs at least a small rework. This means she needs to wait in line until the other champs in need of a rework get done.
