Poppy's W really should Last its whole duration for as many dashes that goes through it Considering how long it takes for her cooldown and that it doesnt scale with the ad she wants to build for damage nor does the ap scaling have much even if you decide to waste gold to go for a build that only her w scales with.

as a poppy player, its good where its at. if they were to buff W THAT much, poppy would become T1 for peel, which is key in high level games. See an increase in play rate, ban rate, and then a nerf. Which is why its good where its at

a vastyan walks into a bush and does it again. a void monster presses r qw on some one else and jumps again and a demacian holds the dash until melee range where he still does damage and gets all his stat increases. or auto attacks with q and dashes past you because his e is up again and your w only blocks one dash.

Play pretty laid back and punish poor positioning. If they have a melee support you pretty much have it in the bag, and best of all you can stop cait, vayne, tris, and lucian's movement abilities with her.
