Urgot currently has a really great kit as a support

Damage reduction that he can apply really easily and is effective all game. Poke thats Ok early and great mid game, hes decently tank with the right runes/masteries, and he has armor pen for his ADC.

In lane, he has a slow that he can use to allow an average trade to turn into a great one, and when he gets his ult, he can pull an ADC way outta position, even into a gank by a jungler who otherwise wouldn't have been able to. Late game, his ult is great peel for his ADC and it makes him tanky, or it can be used to basically kamikaze yourself for their ADC/Mid.

He may be trash as an ADC or a top, but as a support, where damage isn't your #1 goal, he shines
