"estimated wait time" is just a random generated number

no way riot thinks they actually know how long the queue time will be with how little players there are the higher in elo you go. p sure it's a random number between :40 and 2-3 lol. with all these little mini leagues within ranked (the ones with champ names), you'd think they could pair 5 people versus another 5 with their ever so growing playerbase.
