his ult cd is extremely low, he can wall jump every few seconds with his invulnerability, he's basically unpeelable and is worse than zed. his ult cd is extremely low so even if you outplay him he just comes back to lane and instakills you.

Just started playing Fizz this week. I used to think he was the most broken champ ever made. Not anymore. Fizz is not even close to being broken. His damage is shit without Lichbane and if you're not used to him, you're going to be dying a lot trying to kill people. His laning is one of the most difficult I've ever played. Try csing with Fizz, I dare you not to go insane.
When I bought him, I honestly thought I was gonna steamroll my way through Bronze with him because he is so broken. Second ranked game, I go something like 3-15 or something. I played like 20 games with him and only one game I was able to carry with him. Every other game was 2-10, 1-5, 7-12 and shit like that. Fizz is not easy to play. His E has to be the way it is otherwise he would not be a good champ at all.
Oh and another thing. He has insane mana troubles all fuckin game. If anything, I'm starting to think Fizz might need a buff.
Fizz needs a buff for the following reasons:
His laning phase is miserable, it's a champion with no ranged harass so he is forced to play a playstyle where he sticks to you. His kit is unique so I doubt Riot will ever make and theme-breaking changes to him. Also what that "bronzie" stated was true, he does have terrible mana costs, and unless he lands his ult on you, he cannot one shot you unless he's incredibly fed. Even if he does land it, take the correct summoner spells or play a champion that doesn't just flop over and die to him (velkoz). Plus his E has the most crazy mana cost ever, but thats the tradeoff of it being a great skill, he'll rarely use it to harass, it's always to go for a kill, because using it to wave clear really opens him up to ganks and harass. Just learn to play against him.

no, darius Is broken, that's why I created the 3s team name January 25th 2013, and currently looking for 1 more scrub to go ranked right now on 3v3, ARE YOU DOWN? are you the type of scrub that believes champions that are melee in a ranged dominated lane are broken? welp looks like I'm ready to carry you, lets GO.
btw imo champion like azir and velkoz are way scarier then fizz, its just that take a lot more skill to play well.
I personally hate seeing an enemy pick azir, very few mid laners scare me but hes about the only one for ap mages.
