Deep Terror Nami4 votesYou have to hold that key while using your ability to have it target only champions; you won't be able to accidentally cast on something else while it's held, except in the case of clones that act as champions.

You can also use it to walk over jungle camps without attacking them, which is useful if you are e.g. FIddlesticks and want to ult from the raptor camp without killing them first.
