I am talking about their free "Get your ADC out of jail" Abilities
Tahm will simply eat him/her and run away, thresh will drop a impossible to destroy lamp so the adc clicks it and they dash to him
Can we add something like...5 hit points of heal to thresh lamp? just like a ward?

I found Tahm a bit more tolerable after the removed the speed boost when moving away from enemies.
But what I still find is that you never have the CC to actually engage Tahm, Simply because you used that CC trying to engage the enemy ADC.
