Who is more dangerous: Jinx or Jhin?
One is a nutsy with to many loosened screws and armed with a rocket launcher that blows up stuff for fun
The other is a guy with...several psychological issues and murders for art with a handgun & a sniper

Personal opinion: Jhin.
Jinx loves destruction and chaos. There's a fair risk you'll end up dead in that, quite possibly as an unintentional side effect of what she actually cared about destroying. She's not the kill for the sake of killing type though.
Jhin by contrast loves the artistry of killing. It's what drives him and if you're hanging around him for a while I'd expect his perfect vision of your death to take shape in his head at some point.
Depends on what you mean by "dangerous."
Jinx has probably killed more people and destroyed more stuff.... But Jhin has caused more harm to society and emotional trauma to witnesses.
I.e Jinx might blow up a building and kill 50 people. -but the town continues to thrive and grow. Jinx has not changed piltover.
Jhin might kill only 4 people -- but the nature of the killing will scar the town for generations and the people he killed were probably the "best and brightest" working for a noble purpose.
Jhin is being used in an attempt change a nation and lead it down a dark path.
I'm pretty sure one is a sociopath (jhin) and the other is a psychopath (jinx), so they're both problematic in terms of your own well being.
Jinx is probably more dangerous to incidentally be around, but jhin is probably more dangerous if you're actually his target.
if one thing is for certain, when their done with you your funeral is gonna be closed casket.
it'll take awhile for anyone to finds and pick up all your parts if jinx blows you up, and as jhins "New Piece of Artwork" anyone who looks at you kinda goes totally insane.
It depends on the context. If you're just some passerby, Jhin would be less likely to kill you.
Jhin is a bounty hunter. Being killed by him means you have earned the ire of someone with connections and resources so if not for him you'd probably be dead for the same reason just by different hands. Furthermore, those with connections and resources are usually seeking to protect their own status, so they are enforcing the current status quo.
Jinx causes destruction for fun with no regard for innocents in the way. If a building falls on someone, I doubt she cares, if the destruction of a landmark collapses the economy of the city, that doesn't really affect her.
If your metric is property damage: That is pretty much Jinx's goal. If your metric is total lives lost: Jinx results in higher death tolls. If your metric is the innocence of those lives: Jinx is indiscriminate so her victims on average would be more innocent. If your metric is the effect on society: Jinx breeds fear in every day life and upsets the structure of the city as destruction forces job and living displacement. Jhin only targets key players in a way that probably reinforces stability in the lives of citizens.
I'm pretty sure Caitlyn would be far more concerned with catching Jinx than Jhin.
Jhin 'cause he can build Essence Reaver effectively and Jinx can't.
:^)
Jinx is about destroying things, jhin is about killing people. I say Jhin.
I'd say Jhin. Jinx doesn't want to kill you,so its mostly her spreading chaos around you, that you might or might not survive.
But jhin is a profi killer who kills for fun. If he starts to find you interesting,he'll kill you in a horrible way.
Even if you look at it from a more political perspective there is the fact that jhin would likely target more important targets, which could throw a whole country into chaos.
Jhin is a crazy man. Jinx is a crazy woman.
Need i say more?
It depends on which you consider more dangerous.
Jhin's specific murders. Or Jinx's widescale destruction.
I say Jinx.
Jhin by far.
Jinx seems to target only things which seem amusing to her, such as those who enforce order (cait and vi) because it's all a game to her. She's not quiet or discreet in anything she does, and she wouldn't have it any other way. If she killed you it was for the rush and excitement, but she's just as easily distracted by another destructible shiny if you prove boring.
Jhin on the other hand...is a wolf in sheep's clothing. You could run right into him in the street and never see him and even if you do end up being around him for a period of time he's highly unpredictable and intelligent enough to keep it that way to onlookers. It's a matter of time before he finds (or makes) the opportunity to kill you with flawless, practiced efficiency.
Jhin is a hitman, and Jinx is a terrorist. Which one does a maximized amount of damage to a maximized amount of people and property?
Jinx is to Jhin what Godzilla is to Jason.
Jinx doesn't plan anything.
Real life yeah, in game though...
A Jhin that isn't fed is more useless than a Nidalee support.
Imagine the two of them getting together though? They'd either have a joker and harley quinn kinda thing or Jinx would immediately infuriate Jhin's OCD because she's so chaotic and they would fight to the death.
Better question:
WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY
A fed jinx will pentakill, a fed jhin still only has 4 shots in his ult. Q-Q-Q-QUADRA
