I have to say that the single most frustrating thing about one for all is how it further proved my point about how this game is primarily viewed as a competition, not a game. No joke, was in a game earlier, someone chose Darius, my friend and I were like "You know what? Let's try Vi. This seems like it'd be kinda fun." This person (after we ended up getting Vi) responds with "That's not viable." God FORBID we play a game to have fun, nono it has to be a competition; you have to care about beating the other team and only that because if you don't then it is not possible to enjoy the game otherwise. Dammit people, it's a game, have fun for once. Plenty of other games have gone like the for me: I pick Karma because I want to use her, one person chooses bullshit like Darius, everybody else follows up on that persons choice because then they can win and what kind of game is fun if you can't win because winning is everything and losing is nothing and there's nothing to gain from losing and if you lose you suck and you have to win or else... see what I mean?
Maybe it's just me, but I lost my fascination for this game mode after about two-three games and seeing that it really isn't a game-mode to have fun, it's a competition-mode to win. Ironically I've still played tons of OFA, but that's due to the fact that my friends don't see this and they just keep on playing :p. Honestly, if people just brought this "gotta win" attitude to ranked, I would not complain whatsoever, but for some reason they have to bring this shit attitude to the actual game as well :/
