I've taken a look at your past games and you are a prime example of my post. Sure you had one or two bad games, but in most of the games you lost, it's wasn't squarely on you. Some of your teammates made me cringe.

It's stupid, I know. You shouldn't lose MMR because of an AFK in ranked.
