A simple fix that will help improve shaco's jungle consistency
I feel like one of the biggest issues with shaco is his reliability in regards to clear times. If you're lucky, you get multiple blind procs in a row and your boxes live to do their full damage. This results in a very fast clear. If you're not so lucky, you get no blind procs at all, and the box dies quickly and you take a lot of damage while doing less damage.
I propose a change to Two-Shiv that I think should help, without making him significantly overpowered: Change the active on Two-Shiv to have 100% blind chance for 3 seconds instead of just applying the normal passive. This will allow him to consistently mitigate damage to his boxes for the duration of their attack, making him much more consistent in his clear speed and health. Remember, he can already do this if he's lucky, this just makes it consistent. Riot has said repeatedly that they don't like randomness, so this should help.
What do you guys think?
